Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and rolled oats.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey until well blended.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
