Description

A cozy and wholesome breakfast option featuring fluffy baked oats, perfect for starting your day on a warm note.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup old-fashion rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ large over-ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp almond milk or oat milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tbsp blueberries (optional)
  • Extra banana slices on top (optional)
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 290°F (143°C) and grease a single-serve ramekin or baking dish.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine all the base ingredients (excluding mix-ins) and blend on high for 20–30 seconds until fully mixed.
  3. If desired, stir in nut butter for a creamier texture.
  4. Add your preferred mix-ins such as chocolate chips or blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips or mix-ins on top, if desired.
  6. Air fry at 290°F for 12-15 minutes, checking at the 7-minute mark, covering lightly with aluminum foil if browning too quickly.
  7. Ensure oats are cooked through and slightly browned on top—serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store uneaten portions in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
