- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon together until well combined.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss the pieces in the brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- In a greased bundt pan, layer half of the biscuit pieces, then add half of the chopped apples.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining biscuit pieces and apples.
- Drizzle the melted butter and pour in the vanilla extract over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then invert the bundt pan onto a plate to remove the monkey bread.
- In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze and drizzle it over the monkey bread before serving.
