- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
- Add the sour cream and softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. The dip may brown slightly but will still taste great.
