Description

A delicious and easy appetizer combining creamy avocados with tangy sour cream and cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Add the sour cream and softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. The dip may brown slightly but will still taste great.
