- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray and brush the lemon sauce generously over the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in the sauce before baking.
