- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the chicken cubes in a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or as a dip.
Notes
Don’t overmix the sauce; the creaminess should remain intact. Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
