  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and oregano. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place your chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but ideally 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
