Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and oregano. Whisk until well blended.
- Place your chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but ideally 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding it. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
