Ingredients

- 4 cups cucumbers, diced
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
