Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, and olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
