Deliciously sweet and nutty dream bars featuring blackberries and pistachios, topped with creamy coconut.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in the fresh blackberries and chopped pistachios.
- Pour the blackberry mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top for that extra crunch and flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
