- 1 cup pistachios, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pitted date (optional, for sweetness)
- 5 cups cold water
Instructions
- Drain the soaked pistachios and cashews.
- Add the nuts, cold water, vanilla extract, salt, and optional date to a blender.
- Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Optional: Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor if desired.
- Pour into a glass bottle or jar and chill before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, lightly toast the pistachios before soaking. Store in the refrigerator for 3–4 days and shake well before use.
