- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, drained
- 1 1/3 cups French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together until well combined.
- Stir in the drained green beans, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in half of the French fried onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the remaining French fried onions.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the onions are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Avoid overmixing to maintain the texture of the green beans. Check doneness towards the end of baking time to prevent burning the onions.
