- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
