- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie batter per the package instructions and pour half of it into the bottom of the greased pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the springform pan. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top.
- Gently pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, spreading it evenly.
- Bake according to the brownie mix instructions, usually around 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully chilled.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Garnish the sliced cheesecake with whipped cream, additional caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
