Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste for an extra flavor kick.
- Toss in the cooked rigatoni until well coated in the creamy sauce.

Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream if needed.
