Instructions

- Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until they become pliable, being careful not to overcook.
- Place a few tablespoons of the filling in the center of each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, ensuring there is enough to submerge the taquitos when added.
- Fry the taquitos seam side down until golden and crispy, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, accompanied by salsa or sour cream for an extra flavor burst.
