Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries (fresh or maraschino)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating, optional)
- Extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped cherries.
- Add bourbon and mix until a thick dough forms.
- If using, fold in shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Melt chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate to coat, then place back on the baking sheet.
- Dust with extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder if desired.
- Refrigerate until set. Serve and enjoy!
