Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherries (fresh or maraschino)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating, optional)
  • Extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped cherries.
  2. Add bourbon and mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. If using, fold in shredded coconut.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Melt chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate to coat, then place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Dust with extra powdered sugar or cocoa powder if desired.
  8. Refrigerate until set. Serve and enjoy!
