Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps that combine tender chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for quick meals and gatherings.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped (about 300 g)
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (burrito-size)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (about 100 g)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (about 120 mL)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 45–50 g)
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional; about 15 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: shred or chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop romaine and grate or measure Parmesan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Add grated Parmesan and toss briefly; avoid overmixing.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Place 1/4 of the dressed chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with 1/2 cup of chopped romaine and sprinkle croutons over the top if using.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
- If desired, brush the outside lightly with olive oil and toast on a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Cut each wrap diagonally and serve immediately. Garnish with extra parmesan or cracked black pepper.
Notes
For less sogginess, avoid overdressing the chicken. Store wraps in the fridge for up to 3 days, omitting croutons until serving.
