Ingredients

  • 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the pan, forming a crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, eggs (one at a time), and sour cream; mix well.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough in the pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Let it cool, then whisk together the powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, and cinnamon for the glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
