- 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the pan, forming a crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, eggs (one at a time), and sour cream; mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the dough in the pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then whisk together the powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, and cinnamon for the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
