Instructions
- In a jar or container, mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and optional vanilla extract.
- Pour in your choice of milk, ensuring all the oats are well-coated.
- Stir gently until combined (avoid overmixing).
- Cover the jar/container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or ideally overnight.
- When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add your favorite toppings.

Notes
The longer the oats sit, the creamier they become, so overnight is best. Feel free to adjust the thickness by using less or more milk depending on your personal preference.
