- 1 loaf of bread (preferably round or pull-apart style)
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the bread into segments without cutting all the way through.
- Gently place pieces of Brie cheese into the slits of the bread.
- Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the Brie, allowing it to seep into the bread.
- Drizzle melted butter over the entire loaf and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper if desired.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Uncover the bread and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
