Description

A warm, gooey bread filled with creamy Brie and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and cozy occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread (preferably round or pull-apart style)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the bread into segments without cutting all the way through.
  3. Gently place pieces of Brie cheese into the slits of the bread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the Brie, allowing it to seep into the bread.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the entire loaf and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper if desired.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Uncover the bread and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Make sure not to overmix when adding toppings; check cheese doneness by pressing gently.
