- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Assorted crackers or sliced bread for serving
Instructions
- Place the crumbled feta and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and aerated, about 1–2 minutes.
- Add cranberries (or cranberry sauce), honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours for flavors to meld.
Notes
For a lighter dip, use Greek yogurt instead of some cream cheese. Chill the dip to enhance flavors, but do not serve at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
