  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Assorted crackers or sliced bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the crumbled feta and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and aerated, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add cranberries (or cranberry sauce), honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours for flavors to meld.

Notes

For a lighter dip, use Greek yogurt instead of some cream cheese. Chill the dip to enhance flavors, but do not serve at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
