Description

A rich and creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta dish that combines tender chicken, flavorful spices, and a luscious garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, tossing everything to combine and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, ensure your pasta is cooked al dente. You can substitute heavy cream for half and half or plant-based alternatives for a lighter version.
