Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

- Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced chicken; cook until heated through, around 3–4 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine; cook for an additional minute.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stroganoff over rice, with garlic naan and crispy fries on the side.
