Instructions
- Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
