Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs on both sides until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with sauce drizzled over.

Notes

Use an oven-safe skillet for easy transition from stove to oven. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to retain juices.
