Instructions

- In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold a third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it.
- Fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla. Chill if needed for structure before using.
