Description

Deliciously crunchy chicken tenders that are juicy on the inside and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or peanut oil recommended)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until combined.
  3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally press into the breadcrumbs to coat well.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat to about 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
