A delicious salmon fillet topped with a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, baked to perfection for a quick and elegant meal.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz / 170 g each)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 100 g)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (about 110 g) — plain or panko for extra crunch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the breadcrumb mixture. Store cooked salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
