- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir well and pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
- During the last 10 minutes of cooking, prepare angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta, garnished with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

For a gluten-free version, substitute regular pasta with gluten-free options such as quinoa pasta or zucchini noodles.
