Description

A comforting slow-cooked chicken dish bathed in creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir well and pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  4. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, prepare angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta, garnished with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
