Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes, diced
- 14 oz kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the potato and kielbasa mixture in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine everything well.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
