  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
