- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
