- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet of gravy mix (chicken or brown)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth and gravy mix until well combined.
- Pour the gravy mix over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Before serving, shred the chicken in the gravy and mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Avoid overmixing your chicken before serving to maintain some of the texture.
