- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend (with xanthan gum)
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Cold Butter, cubed or grated

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat it into a 3/4-inch thick rectangle.
- Use a biscuit cutter or a sharp knife to cut out the biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- (Optional) Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overmixing the dough. Check doneness by lightly tapping the tops; they should feel slightly firm.
