- 1 package gluten-free pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the gluten-free pizza dough to your preferred thickness.
- Brush the rolled dough with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over it.
- Generously top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
