Delightful gummies made with fresh strawberries, honey, and gelatin, perfect for a sweet snack or party favor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled (about 300 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup water (60 ml)

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer very clear gummies.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the strawberry puree, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and water over medium heat. Warm gently until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow baking dish. Tap molds lightly to release any air bubbles.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2–3 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once set, gently unmold the gummies and enjoy!

Notes

For vegan options, substitute agar-agar. Ensure not to boil the gelatin as it affects texture. Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
