- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies; they will continue to cook as they cool. Consider using crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
