  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies; they will continue to cook as they cool. Consider using crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
