Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
