A flavorful marinade for grilled chicken, perfect for summer gatherings and family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic or apple cider)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or, for best results, up to overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor infusion, allow the chicken to marinate overnight.
