A vibrant and refreshing summer beverage combining hibiscus tea, strawberries, and lemonade for a delightful medley of flavors.

- 2 cups hibiscus tea, brewed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and lemonade. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey or sugar to the strawberry-lemonade mixture and blend again.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea and strawberry-lemonade mixture. Stir gently.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, use agave syrup instead of honey. Adjust sweetness to preference and try adding vodka or rum for an adult twist.
