Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: 1 scoop chocolate or unflavored protein powder
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons espresso or instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed (30–60 seconds).
  3. Adjust sweetness or cocoa intensity as desired.
  4. Transfer to serving bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
