- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them in the glaze until they are fully coated.
- Arrange the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove the carrots from the oven, optionally garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
