Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them in the glaze until they are fully coated.
  4. Arrange the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove the carrots from the oven, optionally garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
