Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the feta cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture and mix until combined.
  3. Carefully fold in the chopped pistachios, ensuring not to overmix.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally drizzle more honey on top.
  5. Serve immediately with an assortment of crackers, bread, or veggie sticks.
