- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the feta cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture and mix until combined.
- Carefully fold in the chopped pistachios, ensuring not to overmix.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally drizzle more honey on top.
