Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, seafood stock, and red pepper flakes, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the shrimp, cod, mussels, and clams to the pot.
- Cover and cook until the seafood is cooked through and the shells have opened, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
