- 1 cup of grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add the grated cheese and fresh blueberries on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes
For even melting of cheese, cover the skillet with a lid for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Avoid pressing down on the sandwich while grilling to maintain optimal texture.
