Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add the grated cheese and fresh blueberries on top.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  6. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

For even melting of cheese, cover the skillet with a lid for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Avoid pressing down on the sandwich while grilling to maintain optimal texture.
