A delicious and fluffy gluten-free bread perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 cups (438g) gluten-free all-purpose flour (Cup4Cup recommended)
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp, 9g) instant rapid-rise yeast
- 1 tbsp (11g) psyllium husk powder (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups (360g) warm water (110°F)
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- ¼ cup (85g) honey
- ¼ cup (55g) vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, yeast, psyllium husk (if using), baking powder, and salt on low speed.
- Slowly add warm water, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil. Mix on low for 1 minute, then increase to medium and beat for 5 minutes.
- Grease a 9×4-inch loaf pan, pour the dough in, and smooth the top. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40-50 minutes until the bread reaches an internal temperature of 205°F.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs and warm water for the best results. Allow bread to cool completely to minimize sogginess.
