Description
A warm, gooey marshmallow-filled toast sandwich that combines a crispy exterior with a soft, sweet center. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or parties.

- 4 slices thick-sliced bread
- 1 ½ cups marshmallows (mini or chopped regular marshmallows)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Assemble sandwiches: Top two slices of bread with marshmallows and cover with the remaining slices.
- Spread butter on the outsides of each sandwich.
- Toast sandwiches in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula.
- Remove sandwiches and let rest for 30 seconds before slicing.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, use vegan butter and vegan marshmallows. If using large marshmallows, chop them for faster melting.
