- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (metal or pre-soaked wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better!).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Season skewers lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot and enjoy the flavorful bites!
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. Use wooden skewers that have been soaked to prevent burning.
