Description
Delicious chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing and garlic, grilled to perfection for a flavorful treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized cubes
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions
- Dice the chicken breasts into uniform cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Lightly brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook the skewers on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, checking that the chicken is fully cooked at an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. Avoid overmixing the marinade to keep the chicken tender.
