  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Skewers (soaked if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breasts into uniform cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers.
  6. Lightly brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Cook the skewers on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, checking that the chicken is fully cooked at an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Serve hot and enjoy!
