Description
Warm baguette slices topped with creamy Brie, caramelized grapes, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of sea salt for a delightful appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (red or green)
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- Honey to drizzle
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the grape clusters on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil (if using). Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the grapes are soft and caramelized.
- While the grapes roast, arrange the baguette slices on another baking sheet, giving them a light brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Once the grapes are done and the crostini are toasted, remove both from the oven. Top each slice of baguette with a piece of Brie cheese and a few roasted grapes.
- To finish, drizzle with honey and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a glass of white wine or tea for a perfect pairing. Best served fresh for optimal texture.
