  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: Chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and any optional vegetables you desire.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
